WEThe Director, Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Kurla Andheri Road, Sakinaka Mumbai-400072 for and on behalf of the President of India invites Tender for construction of Exhibition stalls as per details mentioned below :

M/s.Hanger, Dome, Shaped covered with waterproof, sunproof cloth, alongwith synthetic carpet, general lighting, fan, Coir mat on walking path, sufficient quantity of plant pots etc.

a) Octonom stall - 81 nos (2 x 3 sq mtr) i.e. 06 sq mtr - consisting of 1 nos sunmica top table, 2 nos chairs, 1 no pedestal / ceiling fan, 2 nos focus, 01 no plug point, dustbin and facia with vinyl name velvet stall carpet and spacious carpet.

b) Octonom stall- 19 nos (3 x 3 sq mtr) i.e. 09 sq mtr - consisting of 02 nos, sunmica top table, 3 nos, chairs, 2 nos. pedestral / ceiling fan 4 nos focus, 02 no plug point, dustbin and facia with vinyl name velvet stall carpet and spacious carpet.

c) Entrance gate with name of the exhibition and exhibition gate.

d) 20 ft x 15 ft heavy velvet on top and side with step 10 Nos of dias chairs, 150 cushion chairs with covers and carpet on walking path in the auditorium, 10 nos of Buntings with poles.

e) Food stall, top covered at an height 20 ft, with coir carpet, chairs, buffet table for 03 days.

Reputed interested parties should forward their Tenders so as to reach this office on or before 02.00 pm on 16th February 2010.

The envelope containing tender should be closed and subscribed clearly "Quotation for Exhibition Stall".

The Director, MSME-DI, Mumbai reserves to itself the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof and to call for any other detail or information from any of the tender(s). The infrastructure may be completely available in all respect by 18th Feb 2010 at 02.00 pm.
